Terms of purchase and service
Rules for ordering domains, hosting and other digital services.

Orders and offers. Published prices are in EUR for the indicated billing period. Domain names and hosting are separate services. A domain lookup does not reserve the name; availability and registry rules are checked again before registration.
Payment. Pay by Link requires a separate payment link issued through an authorized provider. This site does not store card numbers. Direct e-commerce payments are available only after the bank integration is activated and verified. An order is not paid until the transaction is confirmed.
Domains. Registration and renewals are subject to the applicable registry and registrar requirements. Most extensions are yearly; certain extensions, including .ai and .gr, have a two-year minimum registration period. Refunds and transfers depend on the particular domain and its registration status.
Hosting. Services are activated after payment is recorded and the order is reviewed. Resources and activation times are subject to the selected plan and confirmed offer. Customers must use services lawfully and safeguard access credentials.
Cancellations and complaints. Rights depend on the status of service provision and applicable consumer law. Contact the published support email with your order reference. No automatic refund is promised for domains already registered.

Distance purchase withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance service contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. A proportionate charge may apply to lawful early performance. For fully performed services, withdrawal rights end only when all legal requirements are met. Use the support contact shown below, quoting your order number.
