FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Good question. Clear answer.
You do not need to know the technical details to get a good website. Start with the most common questions.
01Where do we start?
Send a short description of your business, the goal of the website and a few examples you like. Together we will define the pages, content and functionality.
02How much does a website cost?
The price depends on the number of pages, design, content and required functionality. After our initial discussion, you receive an offer with a clearly defined scope of work.
03Can I update the content myself?
For websites with administration, you can edit the agreed text, images and other sections. We define which parts you can manage yourself during planning.
04What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
A domain is the website address, while hosting is the server space where the website is stored. Publishing a website normally requires both a domain and hosting.
05Can you take over an existing website?
Send us the website address and basic information. We first review the technology, content and available access, then recommend maintenance, migration or a new build.
06What happens after the website goes live?
We can arrange ongoing support and updates. Frequency, scope and maintenance pricing are defined in the offer, with no automatic obligations.
07What does domain registration mean?
Registering a domain gives you the right to use a selected internet address, such as company.me or company.com, for a paid registration term. You can check availability before ordering, but registration only takes place after final verification and order confirmation. Most extensions we offer have a one-year term; .ai and .gr have a two-year term. You can renew before expiry. Searching for a name does not reserve it.
08What is web hosting and why do I need it?
Web hosting keeps your website and its data on a server that people can reach online. Depending on the plan, hosting can include website files, databases, email accounts and other resources. A domain is the address visitors type, while DNS settings connect that address to the server. Domains and hosting are separate services that can be ordered together or individually.
09What is domain-owner privacy (WHOIS/RDAP protection)?
Registration details may be available through public lookup services such as WHOIS and RDAP. The information shown, and whether additional privacy protection is available, depends on the registry, domain extension and applicable rules. Some details are already redacted for privacy, but full anonymity is not guaranteed. If protecting contact details matters to you, contact us before ordering so we can check the options for your extension.
10Can I pay monthly for hosting, or only annually?
Our Start, Business and Premium hosting plans are listed and ordered with annual pricing. Monthly subscriptions are not currently available through online checkout. Domain registration is charged separately: most domains have a one-year term, while .ai and .gr have a two-year term. The total for your selected services is shown before you confirm an order.
11What are the steps to launching a website?
We start with a short discussion about your business, audience and goals. Then we agree on the site structure, design, content, features, timeline and scope of the offer. We check your preferred domain and choose hosting if needed. After development and testing, we arrange publication, access to the administration area and any ongoing support. You can check and order a domain even before your website project begins.
12How can I improve my website’s visibility on Google?
Search visibility starts with useful, original content that answers your audience’s questions. Clear page structure, meaningful titles and descriptions, mobile usability, fast loading and correct indexing also matter. Up-to-date business details and a Google Business Profile can help local businesses. SEO results are monitored and improved over time; no one can reliably guarantee first place in search results.
13How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance pricing depends on the type of website, how often changes are needed and the agreed level of support. Occasional content edits are different from frequent updates, technical maintenance, security checks or new features. Hosting and maintenance are separate services. Tell us about your website and the support you need, and we will prepare an offer with a clear scope and price.
