DomainsHow do I check and register a domain?
Enter a name on the Domains page, choose an extension and run a lookup. The result is informative: final availability is confirmed with the registrar before registration. Choose Order domain and complete checkout. Searching alone does not reserve a name.
DomainsHow long is the registration term?
Most offered extensions have a one-year registration term. .ai and .gr have a two-year term. The term and total price appear before you place an order. Renewal is a separate purchase at the price applicable at that time.
HostingWhich hosting plan should I choose?
Compare storage, email accounts, databases and features on the Hosting page. Start suits simpler websites, while larger plans provide more resources. cPanel is a separate plan activated on order. Contact us if you need help choosing.
OrdersCan I buy a domain and hosting together?
Yes. After a domain lookup you can select a suggested hosting plan or order the domain alone. Checkout shows both items and their total. You do not have to buy hosting to register a domain.
SetupWhat is DNS and when will my website work?
DNS connects your domain name to your hosting. For domains registered through us that use our hosting, we arrange the appropriate nameservers. DNS updates can take time to propagate. Payment does not mean DNS is activated immediately.
SetupDo I get a free HTTPS certificate?
Our hosting plans include a free SSL/HTTPS certificate via Let’s Encrypt or AutoSSL, depending on the platform. The domain must be correctly connected and validated before issuance. Buying a domain alone does not include hosting.
Account and renewalsHow do I renew a domain or hosting service?
Sign in and open My services. If a service is linked to your account and renewal is available, you can order a renewal there. For help with guest orders, contact support with your order reference.

You receive an email confirmation after ordering. Payment is verified according to the payment method selected. Domain registration and hosting activation follow the necessary checks. Track the order using the secure link in your confirmation.
