INFORMATION WE PROCESS AND PURPOSES
When you submit an inquiry or order, we may process your name, contact details, message, ordered services and technical information needed to reply, process your request, operate customer accounts, maintain security and prevent abuse. Visit logs may contain IP address, access time, visited path, browser information (User-Agent), browser language and referral source (referrer). The public footer shows only an aggregate estimate of unique visitors, not individual records.
UNIQUE VISITS AND COOKIES
To help recognize returning visitors, we use the websajtovi_visitor cookie, valid for up to 365 days. The visit counter also uses server-side technical identifiers derived from IP address and browser data; it attempts to exclude known automated traffic but cannot identify distinct people with certainty. A functional PHP session cookie supports sign-in, form protection and customer-account sessions; its lifetime is governed by the browser session and server-side settings. We do not use this visit counter to serve targeted advertising.
COUNTRY LOOKUP AND AUTOMATIC LANGUAGE SELECTION
On a first visit to the language-neutral address /, if you have not selected a language, the website may estimate your country from your IP address. Visitors in the defined Balkan countries initially see Serbian; other visitors initially see English. Country lookup can also be performed for previously recorded visits to support the administrative country report. When no trusted local or cached country result is available, the IP address may be sent over HTTPS to the external GeoIP service ipwho.is. That provider handles the information under its own policies. Lookup results are cached temporarily; estimated locations may be inaccurate, especially with VPNs or proxies. If lookup fails, the website remains accessible and the language can be selected manually.
MANUAL LANGUAGE PREFERENCE
If you select SR or EN, the functional cookie websajtovi_language remembers your choice for up to 365 days and takes precedence over location estimates. You can switch languages at any time; explicit /sr and /en links always remain available. Deleting browser cookies also clears the saved language preference.
RECIPIENTS, RETENTION AND SECURITY
Technical logs and inquiries are stored in the application's private storage area, accessible to authorized administrators. When necessary for a service, hosting, email, domain-registration, payment and GeoIP providers may receive information relevant to that function. Detailed visit records are periodically removed under the configured retention policy (90 days by default); aggregate counts and pseudonymous identifiers used to avoid repeated counting may be retained longer. Retention of inquiries, orders and other business records depends on their purpose, contractual obligations and applicable law.
